Last month, during the NTP-Stag Expo in Grapevine, TX, WFCO held a special training session as part of the RV University program leading into the show. Roughly 40 people attended the training session, which covered all WFCO products. They even included a preview of the WF-9500 Series, EM-15/20 Energy Management Switches, and the WF-5110R Inverter– an upgrade to the WF-5110HP, now equipped with Reverse Polarity Protection. Other WFCO technologies and resources like three-stage charging, our online dealer toolbox, the Power Pros™ program, warranty details, and more were also highlighted.
All attendees left with a copy of the WFCO Training Catalog to return to their dealership. The catalog features vital information on all WFCO products and technologies, FAQs, cross-reference charts, troubleshooting charts, and more. We received great feedback from everyone, which helps us better understand how we can help you better serve your customers.
