I needed a small part to one of their RV electrical panels vs having to purchase and install a new pane entirely. I called them up and they sent me the part and shipping free of charge. You do not hear of that much in today's world and that says a lot about this company.
Talked to two gentlemen this morning with tech support on my WFCO converter. Both nice gentlemen. Sounds like my converter has failed. I will gladly replace it with another Arterra WFCO product.

I contacted WFCO by email about their Power Center that was installed in a new pickup camper I had just purchased. The camper had a lead acid battery installed and I wanted to put a Lithium LiFePo heated battery in its place. Janice, with WFCO respond within minutes and was very helpful in confirming that the WFCO Power Center was compatible with the lithium battery. I appreciated the quick and helpful response.
