With over 50 years of technical experience and expertise, WFCO can be a great resource to dealers and OEMs alike, so we’ve initiated a program called the Proactive Power Pros (PPP). In this program, WFCO’s Power Pros actively reach out to RV dealerships, by phone or in person, to see if there are any areas of power related concerns that we can help find a solution for.
Our Power Pros help dealers with a variety of product issues, including performance, installation, feature specification, model selection, replacement, and upgrades using WFCO products. In addition, the PPP program highlights support tools offered to dealers through our website, such as product conversion charts, warranty information, and our e-newsletter.
Dealers are appreciating the service provided by the Power Pros and the products offered at WFCO. “They do a good job,” said Jackie, Service Manager at International RV Wholesalers in Elkhart, Ind. “Customer service is awesome. If something goes wrong, their response is great.”
“Ninety percent of our converter related products are from WFCO,” said Monte Kleich, Store Manager at the Fremont RV Center in South Sioux City, Nebraska. “We’ve had really good luck with them, never any problems, so we’re really happy about the way WFCO treats us and the products they offer.”
