WFCO Continues Power Ambassador Program

The Power Ambassador Program has been a great training resource for dealerships and technicians to learn more about WFCO’s product line, and we are still looking for more dealerships who may be interested in this program!

The goal of the program is to help dealership’s better sell, replace, and troubleshoot WFCO products through in-depth training. The Power Ambassador Program is broken up into two parts: Sales and Technical, outlined below. Each training session will be conducted in person and will be followed up by a short test to certify the individuals and/or dealership as WFCO Power Ambassadors. Once certified, the Power Ambassador(s) will receive a certificate and a gift. The certified dealership will receive a certificate, recognition in a Press Release and on the WFCO website, and a branded WFCO Power Ambassador logo. Sales Training:

Topics Covered- Overview of WFCO, WFCO Distributors & OEMs, WFCO Products, High-level Overview of Product Features/Benefits, Support Resources Available, & Technical Support

Test- 15 Multiple Choice & True/False Questions; Need an 80% or Higher to Become Certified

Time Required- 30 minutes for both Training & Test

Who’s Certified- The Individual who passed the test (Sales/Parts/Service Employee)

Recognition- Personalized Certificate & Gift

Technical Training:

Topics Covered- Overview of WFCO, WFCO Products, In-depth look at Product Specs, Features/Benefits, and Common Misconceptions, Issues & Solutions, Support Resources Available, & Technical Support

Test- 20 Multiple Choice Questions; Need an 80% or Higher to Become Certified

Time Required- 30-60 minutes for both Training & Test

Who’s Certified- The Technician who passed the test; the Dealership once (1) all technical personnel have participated in training and taken/passed the test if there are 3 or fewer techs working at the dealership; (2) 75% of the techs have participated in training and taken/passed the test if there are 4 or more techs at the dealership

Recognition- Personalized Certificate & Gift for the Technician; Personalized Certificate, Recognition in a Press Release & on the WFCO website, and a branded WFCO Power Ambassador Logo for the Dealership
